This first session began with a grounding mindfulness and relaxation practice designed to help participants let go of the day’s stresses, become fully present in the moment, connect with gratitude, and set intentions for the session.
This led to a group check-in where individuals shared their personal experiences, challenges, and areas of focus related to PNT techniques they were exploring. Areas of focus for future sessions were identified. An interactive “feed forward” activity was conducted, where participants shared a goal for personal growth and received practical suggestions from others on how to achieve these goals, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
To conclude, the session featured an inspirational song that highlighted themes of hope, new beginnings, and the beauty of embracing each day as it comes. The lyrics encouraged participants to lay down their regrets and focus on the present, reinforcing the message that life is a journey, not a destination.
Overall, the session offered a holistic approach to mindfulness and personal growth, providing participants with tools and PNT practices to enhance their well-being and support their journey towards self-improvement.
